Objective
To transform a former artist’s studio from the 1960s into a cozy Airbnb rental.
Approach
The project began with research and planning, as a complete reconstruction was necessary. This included removing walls, upgrading insulation, and extending windows. A custom parquet floor was produced to restore and preserve the original flooring from the 1960s, while skilled artisans were engaged to refurbish the vintage furniture.
Result
The renovation significantly enhanced the property's value, achieving a 180% increase. The full investment was recouped within five years through Airbnb rentals, marking the project as a financial success.
