Objective
To transform a family hotel with a stunning sea view into a premium apartment building.
Approach
Our process began with a thorough evaluation of the existing structure and local regulations. The design strategy aimed to enhance both the functionality and spatial volume of the property. Given the client's desire for high-end apartments, we introduced new living units that maximize natural light, airflow, and sea views.
Result
The project successfully converted the property into five distinct living units: three maisonettes and two studios. The strategic design and timely execution led to the sale of three units during the reconstruction phase, resulting in a 140% increase in property value. The client achieved their goal of positioning the property for resale or Airbnb rental.
